During my recent trip to Derby for my son's sports competition, we stayed at this hidden gem of a hotel. Located on a quiet street, the house was comfortable and welcoming. the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep for the whole family. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals for the family. the separate living room provided a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring the area. the owner was quick to assist with any issues we had, such as trouble with the lockbox. The location was convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions. the house was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities. Although we experienced a few minor issues, overall our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel to others visiting Derby.
